Returns Policy
We want you to love your necklace. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
- ✦Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
- ✦Return postage is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service.
- ✦Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right, including return postage.
